ABOUT OUR PERSONALITY ASSESSMENT TRAINING
In our training programs, the reason behind a person's behaviour is described as a set of "meta programs". These are programs that each person has that determine their behaviour and helps explain how they react to certain circumstances. Our personality assessment training takes each person through a meta programs inventory then the group analyzes the results and identifies how the results can be instructive in working more effectively together.

You want your participants to remember what they learn. Our facilitation methodology is focused on the retention of the information by engaging the whole audience and using leading-edge facilitation techniques.
