Andrew Long is the co-founder and president of The Greatness Group.
Since 2000 he has worked with hundreds of groups and thousands of participants, creating and leading them through a wide number of powerful and engaging team building events, performance enhancement sessions and training sessions.
He consults in a diversity of areas including corporate strategy, workforce performance, team development, team building, employee attraction and retention and corporate training.
Prior to starting The Greatness Group, Andrew spent 3 years as a Financial Consultant for Merrill Lynch Canada and then 3 years in sales and marketing at Canadian Pacific Railway.
Andrew is an expert in team building, team performance and the skills and actions required for people in a corporate setting to work as effectively as possible together. Andrew is driven by his vision of a world where everyone loves their work.
