Experiential Games

DESCRIPTION

This is our most versatile team building program! Our Experiential Games can be provided at your hotel or resort, at the office or outside, for any size of group, any time of year. Your program will be comprised of a series of enjoyable and engaging team building activities, each lasting 30-90 minutes.

Activities are chosen to meet the specific objectives of your group. And each activity is in some way a simulation of a business process.   Example: The Learning Tower of Pisa challenges communication and role definition. Example: All For One teaches teams how to collaborate better.   Activities are recommended for your group depending on a number of factors including the objectives of your group, the location and the time of year.  Contact us and we will help you identify which activities would be most suitable for your group.  

All of our experiential activities have the following in common

1. They are inclusive to anyone of any age, size, strength, experience and ability.
2. They are fun and engaging.
3. They are team oriented. In all activities people are working (and playing!) together. 
4. They can all be professionally facilitated, if desired, to make your team building session into a team development experience.
5. Most can take place either indoors or outdoors.
