DESCRIPTION

A team-based negotiation game in which the group is divided into teams and then again into four sub-teams. In each of 10 rounds, sub-teams must choose between two options, each with a unique outcome based on the choices all the other teams make. Ambiguous instructions are given in order to see if teams naturally collaborate or compete. This activity is generally only used for learning purposes.

TESTIMONIAL

"The Greatness Group was able to demonstrate the effects of the entire organizational success, and failures, by simulating sessions with departmental groups, and evaluating the both positive and negative outcome of each groups input. This proved how important team building really is across the entire company, and how trust can create huge benefits."
