Workplace horror story collection #1

As you may know I have posted a number of [tag-tec]workplace horror stories[/tag-tec].  And in the process, I've discovered other such collections posted in various online locations.  Here is one, for example: http://www.helium.com/channels/380-Professionalism/knowledge/29085-workplace-horror-stories While not all of these have been caused by a corporate structure that does not serve its employees, as I read through them I tried to empathize with the emotions experienced by the writers.  They have written about embarrassment, guilt, stress, pressure, mortification, shame.  And there are themes throughout such as favouritism, discrimination and wrongful dismissal.  I'm shocked to have found so many collections of such stories...and I look forward to spending some time writing about more uplifting, heartwarming stories.  That will come soon.  For now I think it is important to understand why things need to change.
